FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating material used is a composite based on tape material and a curable adhesive, wherein threads are cut on the connected elements. A thread with a loose profile is cut on one of the connected elements; a layer of the composite with addition of filler made from ceramic nanopowdered material is deposited on the threaded section of the element with the loose profile of the thread. A thread with a tighter profile, on which a hardening coating is deposited, is re-cut on the layer of the composite. The thread is finally treated with a sputtered layer of the required size and the connected elements are screwed on the thread.EFFECT: enabling to obtain an electrically insulated threaded joint with high structural strength and improved insulation properties.1 dwg
