FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a mixture from oil refining products, thermal oxidation and homogenisation. The mixture is prepared with preliminary thermal oxidation and homogenisation of the oil refining product - heavy pyrolysis resin - at temperature of 170-200°C in a hydropercussion-cavitation pulse emulsifier with treatment pulse frequency of 9500 rps for 3-4 hours; coal-tar pitch is then added in ratio of 1:1 and combined mixing is carried out at temperature of 200-250°C for 4-5 hours.EFFECT: low consumption of coal-tar pitch as well as emissions of carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, the source of which is the coal-tar pitch.
