FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to continuous production of aluminium pelletised powder. It may be used in construction, chemistry, hydrogen power engineering and fuels. Aluminium powder is mixed with organic additive in rotary mixer at rotor 10 rpm for 5-9 minutes to produce pellets. Said organic additive represents an aqueous solution of PVA-M glue at the ratio of 1:1-3 wt % fed into mixing zone in compliance with water-solid ratio making 0.6-0.85 relative units.EFFECT: higher degree of solution in water and increased strength.2 tbl |
