FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: positioner is intended for pneumatic drives of membrane or rotary type of automatic control systems. The positioner includes a power supply unit, a calculation unit of the specified stock position, a valve stock position control connected through a converter to the stock movement, a pressure control, an electropneumatic converter the output of which is connected to the input of the actuator and through the pneumoelectric converter to the pressure control input. In addition, the positioner includes a pressure setting switch, a timer, a variable data analysis unit, calculation units of maximum increments and adjustment coefficients of a PI-controller. The additional units provide automatic adjustment of the stock position control in real time scale irrespective of type of drive mechanisms.EFFECT: improving the valve position control quality.1 dwg |
