FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery. A surgical cartridge comprises a valve plate having a pass-through window; a body attached to the valve plate, and a fluid passage formed between the valve plate and the body. The pass-through window is aligned with the fluid passage and the reflective surface. The body forms an ultrasound reflective surface combined with the pass-through window when the body is attached to the valve plate. The valve plate is made of a rigid plastic material, and an elastomeric acoustic coupler is attached thereto. The ultrasound reflective surface is an acoustic air screen formed by an interface between the air and the wall formed by an outer part of the rigid wall of the body.EFFECT: operation of the ultrasound flow metre in the fluid passage.3 cl, 5 dwg |
