FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device includes rotor (1) supported with a turning support in the form of elastic rod (2) with a rounded end installed in cavity of centre plate (6) fixed on damper (7) submerged into damping liquid (8), housing (9) rigidly attached to rotor (1) and located between the turning support and rotor (1), and a control device installed in housing (9) and connected to the turning support. The control device is made in the form of one or a set of washer plates (10; 11) alternating between themselves. Washer plates (10) are installed along inner diameter on rod (2) and have gap (?) to housing (9) along outer diameter. Washer plates (11) are installed along outer diameter in housing (9) and have gap (?) along inner diameter to rod (2). Washer plates (10; 11) in the device are pressed in axial direction with the spring installed in housing (9).EFFECT: creation of a simple design of a rotation stabilising device of a high-speed rotor with high efficiency in wide frequency range without load increase in the support at stable rotation.9 cl, 5 dwg
