At boundaries of a sliding strip between upper surface of lower annular plate-like section (202) of housing (200), which restricts the lower surface of lower annular groove (204) and lower surface of upper annular plate-like section (102) of housing (100) on one side, and upper surface and lower surface of assembly (300) on the other side, which come into sliding contact with upper and lower surfaces, there is silicon grease based on silicon oil and having kinematic viscosity coefficient at 25°C of not less than 0.0001 m/s and not more than 0.5 m/s and containing a thickener to maintain working penetration of not less than 200 and not more than 400.
