FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to production of means of protection and may be used for making protective clothes for firemen, gas industry specialists those of oil and petrochemical industries, etc. Proposed three-layer material has mid reinforcing woven layer and inner and outer cover layers. Said mid layer is made of high-strength armamide fiber or of the mix of high-strength armamide fiber containing 20-40 wt % of high-strength polyether fiber. Inner and outer cover layers are made from rubber composition at the following ratio of components per 100 wt % of chloroprene rubber, in wt %: vulcanisation accelerator - 6.4-8.2, vulcanising agent - 0.8-1.4, filler - 34-36.0, magnesium oxide - 6.5-6.7, plasticizer - 8.6-14.0, fire retardant - 36-43.6. Additionally, 30-250 nm-thick metallic coat is applied on to cover layer outer surface. Film barrier material is additionally applied on material inter cover layer surface. Said layer consists of five consecutive 18-36 mcm-thick layers. Adhesion layers made of different copolymers are arranged on both sides of said third film barrier layer.EFFECT: higher fire resistance, low permeability with respect to toxic and aggressive media, higher heat reflection.8 cl, 12 ex |
