FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: composition contains: (a) an isocyanate component containing an aliphatic isocyanate and an aromatic isocyanate, and (b) a polyol component containing an acrylic polyol and a polyester-polyol, wherein the acrylic polyol contains a mixture of a hard acrylic polyol with glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than 20°C and a soft acrylic polyol with Tg lower than 20°C. Also described is a method of teating an aged polyurethane surface using said composition, as well as a substrate having an aged polyurethane surface and a polyurethane coating from the disclosed composition.EFFECT: obtaining a polyurethane coating composition which enables to obtain reproducible and reliable interlayer adhesion for a novel coating on an aged surface without carrying out sand blasting or washing with a solvent.19 cl, 3 tbl
