FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, education science. The method involves the brain exposure to electric current following frontal-mastoid technique. The exposure is generated by pulse current of frequency 800 Hz - 1200 Hz. A pulse length is 0.25 ms + 20%. The procedures are performed for 5 days before noon. A duration of the exposure is 25 minutes. It is followed by 10-minute self-massage of the head and neck regions.EFFECT: method provides the higher effectiveness of mental activity ensured by the successive exposure to electric current of the above parameters, and self-massage.1 tbl
