FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: application describes new pharmaceutical compositions of (2R,3R,4R,5R)-5-(4-amino-2-oxo-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)-4-fluor-2-isobutylryloxymethyl-4-methyl-tetrahydrofurane-3-yl ester of isooleic acid and hydroxypropyl cellulose.
