PURPOSE: A photosensitive composition including novel compound is provided to manufacture a negative type thin film capable of forming a hole, in which the edge is clear, without scum by minimizing the reverse taper or peeling phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A compound represented by the chemical formula 1 is provided. A photosensitive composition comprises: a cross-linkable compound represented by the chemical formula 1; an alkali-soluble binder resin; a photopolymerization initiator; and a solvent. A photosensitive material is manufactured using the photosensitive composition.
