PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the optical property of a white pixel while mixing a color pixel and the white pixel. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor (20) is formed on a substrate (110). A buffer layer (120) is arranged between the substrate and the thin film transistor. An organic light emitting device (70) is connected to the thin film transistor and generates light from a light emitting region (EA). A color filter layer (350) is arranged between the organic light emitting device and the substrate in the light emitting region. An overcoat layer (360) is formed between the organic light emitting device and the color filter layer, and covers a color filter layer.
