The device has a rigid piece (2) slidingly mounted on a guiding rein, where the rigid piece has volume detectable by a palm of hand of rider. A locking unit i.e. locking screw (6), locks the device on the rein. The rigid piece has U-shaped cross section, where the rigid piece is transversely mounted on the rein. The rigid piece comprises a wing (2a) traversed by a threaded hole (5) for screwing a stem of the locking screw, where the stem is supported on the rein. The wing is provided with a ripper (7) penetrated in the rein during tightening of the locking screw.
