Liquid product comprises a liquid vegetable solvent having an environmental impact and low toxicity, which is solid at room temperature and is supplemented with one or more natural or modified glycerol esters, and mono, di or triglyceride, which is soluble in the solvent, where the solvent is emulsified in water using a hydrophilic surfactant having hydrophilic/lipophilic balance (HLB) of above 10, preferably above 12, by agitation of a mixture consisting of the liquid vegetable solvent, glycerol esters, water and hydrophilic surfactant. An independent claim is included for preparing emulsion comprising dissolving glycerol esters in the vegetable origin solvent.
