PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring quality of radio networks are provided to easily and efficiently measure quality of a plurality of radio networks provided by a plurality of mobile carriers, using one mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A dummy universal subscriber identification module (USIM) card (11) is inserted into a USIM card slot of a mobile communication terminal, and is connected to an external USIM card unit (13) in which a plurality of USIM cards is mounted. The mobile communication terminal is placed in a body (15) of a measurement device. A power button control unit of the measurement device is installed in the body of the measurement device for turn on or off power of the mobile communication terminal. A quality measurement unit (19) measures quality of a radio network using subscriber information that is stored in one selected USIM card among the plurality of USIM cards in the external USIM card unit. |
