PURPOSE: A transparent substrate having anti-reflection effect and anti-fingerprint effect is provided to form an anti-reflective layer (nanostructures) by etching a basic material of a transparent substrate at a single process, thereby minimizing the process of forming an anti-reflective layer on the transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate includes a transparent basic material layer (100) and an anti-reflective layer (110). The transparent basic material layer comprises a transparent material. The anti-reflective layer is formed on the surface of the transparent basic material layer. The anti-reflective layer is formed by etching the transparent basic material layer. The anti-reflective layer includes nanostructures with a size of 50-500 nm. A second anti-reflective layer (200) is formed as a type of thin film on the anti-reflective layer. The second anti-reflective layer is formed by oxide film coating and has a thickness of 50-500Å. An anti-fingerprint layer (300) is formed as a type of thin film on the second anti-reflective layer. The anti-fingerprint layer is formed by fluorine compound coating and has a thickness of 50-500Å. |
