THERMALLY RESPONSIVE COOKER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heat sense cooker and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to express a temperature change of a cooker by changing a color of a heat sensing coating layer by a heat delivered to a cooker, and to cook a food by delivering a heat to a cooking material through the heat sensing coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A heat sense cooker comprises a main body (10) and a heat sensing coating layer (20). The heat sensing coating layer is formed by a heat sense discoloration ceramic pigment which contains a thermochromic pigment in a cooker (100) or a cooking surface (12) which surrounds a cooking space (11) of a main body. The heat sensing coating layer is formed by the heat sense discoloration ceramic pigment which comprises 5-60 weight% of alkoxysilane represented as a general formula R_nSi(OR')_4-n by being changed into a hydrolysate and a condensate, 1-40 weight% of a colloid compound in which water or an organic solvent is a dispersion medium by being changed into a solid content, 0.1-20 weight% of a lower alcohol, 0.01-3 weight% of an organic acid or an inorganic acid, 0.1-35 weight% of an inorganic filler, 0.1-25 weight% of an inorganic pigment, and 0.1-10 weight% of a thermochromic pigment. A temperature change of a cooker is expressed by changing a color of the heat sensing coating layer by a heat delivered to the cooker, and a cooking is made by delivering a heat to a cooking material through the heat sensing coating layer at the same time.
