TLR8 siRNA for treatment of atopy dermatitis and composition of therapeutic agent comprising the same

PURPOSE: A TLR8 siRNA and a composition containing the same for treating atopic dermatitis are provided to enhance IFN-gamma expression and to suppress IgE immune response. CONSTITUTION: A TLR8 siRNA suppresses TLR8 expression and has a base of sequence number 2. A recombinant vector contains a gene transcribing siRNA. A composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains the recombinant vector as an active ingredient. The composition contains a bacterial cell which is transformed by the recombinant vector as an active ingredient. The bacterial cell is Salmonella typhimurium.
