PURPOSE: A local area wireless communications connecting device, a portable terminal for discovering the same and a local area wireless communications system thereof are provided to make the portable terminal discover the local area wireless communications connecting device by utilizing common time information. CONSTITUTION: A first network interface (210) receives and transmits a wireless data packet through a local area wireless communications network. A second network interface (220) receives a wireless signal through wireless communications which is different from the local area wireless communications network. A control unit (250) controls the first network interface in order to transmit a broadcasting wireless data packet based on synchronization time with a portable terminal for being connected to the local area wireless communications network. The broadcasting wireless data packet is a packet for the portable terminal to discover a local area wireless communications connecting device within a predetermined one hour range.
