PURPOSE: A method for removing mycoplasma contamination in cells is provided to basically prevent mycoplasma contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing mycoplasma contamination in cells comprises: a step of treating cells with a single cell-separating enzyme solution to prepare a cell suspension; a step of removing cell clumps from the cell suspension; and a step of culturing the cell suspension or the cells obtained from the cell suspension in a medium containing a material with mycoplasma suppression activity. The solution contains trypsin and EDTA. |
