The device has a distribution subset including input channels (110) and a preformed hollow volume for meeting an intake air flow. A suction subset includes a preformed volume hollow to accommodate a ventilation turbine, a motor, an electrical box, and an outlet channel (130) communicating with the hollow volume for intake of the air within the device and evacuation of the air outside of the device. A single-piece body joins the volumes and functional surfaces of the two subsets by realization of a central hollow volume (160) that communicates with the hollow volumes of the subsets. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the body of the mechanical controlled ventilation device.
