PURPOSE: A dispersant composition for carbon nanotubes is provided able to highly disperse carbon nanotube by using a small amount of the composition, and to able to manufacture carbon nanotube composites of various shapes like powder. CONSTITUTION: A dispersant composition for carbon nanotubes comprises a polysiloxane-poly(ethylene/propylene glycol) graft copolymer in chemical formula 1, and a polyethyleneglycol based compound in chemical formula 2: RO(CH2CH2)nOR. In chemical formula 1, R is a hydrogen atom, or a methyl group, m is an integer from 0-50, n is an integer from 0-50, and m+n is 0-50. In chemical formula 2, R is a hydrogen atom, or a methyl group, and n is an integer from 11-110.
