PURPOSE: A reactor for manufacturing the precursor of lithium composition transition metal oxide is provided to reduce the stay time and to provide uniform precursor particles with the small particle size. CONSTITUTION: A reactor (100) for manufacturing the precursor of lithium composition transition metal oxide produces the precursor of lithium composition transition metal oxide for a lithium secondary battery. The reactor for manufacturing the precursor of lithium composition transition metal oxide has a sealing structure and includes: a hollow fixed cylinder (110); a rotational cylinder (120) that has the same axis as the fixed cylinder and has a smaller outer diameter than thereof the fixed cylinder; a vibrator (130) that generates power for the rotational motion of the rotational cylinder; a rotation reacting space that is periodically arranged along the rotation axis and generates a pair of ring-shaped swirls rotating in the opposite direction to each other; and an inlet and an outlet (140,141) that induce an reactive fluid into the rotation reacting space and discharge the reactive fluid from the rotation reacting space. The ratio of a distance between the fixed cylinder and the rotational cylinder to the outer radius of the rotational cylinder is in a range of 0.05 to 0.4. |
