The device has a set of sensors each combining a strain gauge (1) and a radio frequency identification assembly (2) placed on a technical part (P). Each sensor is embedded in thickness of the part near apparent external surface by mold. The sensors cooperate with remote transmitter-receivers (3) placed on remote fixed parts to authorize a quality of transmission of information collected and measured by the strain gauge. The transmitter-receivers are connected to a computer system (4) to establish measurement statement in comparison with reference measurements.
