METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING THIN FILM FORMED ON THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a thin film formed on an aqueous solution is provided to easily and rapidly separate various wide area thin films including a calcium carbonate thin film and a langmuir-blogett (LB) film etc formed on an aqueous solution in the state of the wide area within a short time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating a thin film comprises a reaction bath (3), a rotary shaft (1), a scoop net part (2), a mixer and a heater or an ultrasonic generator. The rotary shaft is ratatably fixed to an upper side of the reaction bath. The scoop net part is combined with the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft rotates 90 degrees. The 90 degree rotatable rotary shaft rotates in a range of from an angle in which the scoop net part faces downward to an angle in which the scoop net part faces horizontal. The scoop net part in which multiple holes having a diameter of 0.5-10 mm are formed is a separation device of a thin film formed on an aqueous solution.
