The electrical conductor (7) has several connectors which are electrically connected in parallel to the memory cell pack (5) or switchable interconnected memory cells (6). The cross section of the electric conductor over the entire extension is not constant respectively, so that the current density as a measure of the electrical load of the conductor by the total extension is largely constant. The electric conductor is made of an aluminum copper composite material.
