摘要 <p>Provided is a paste composition that has excellent environmental resistance and that can prevent diffusion of the electroconductive component into the silicon substrate and reduce the contact resistance with respect to the silicon substrate without using silver as the electroconductive component for forming electrodes in electrical contact with the p-type diffusion region and the n-type diffusion region in a solar cell. The paste composition is for forming a p-type electrode (7) and an n-type electrode (6) in electrical contact with a p+ diffusion region (5) and an n+ diffusion region (4) in a solar cell, wherein the paste composition contains an aluminum-silicon alloy powder, glass powder, and an organic vehicle, and the aluminum-silicon alloy powder contains 12% to 30% of silicon by mass.</p>
