<p>The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a wide frequency band in a wireless IC device using a small power supply circuit board. A wireless IC device provided with: a wireless IC element (50); a power supply circuit board (31) comprising a layered body (32) obtained by stacking a plurality of base material layers, the power supply circuit board (31) including a power supply circuit (33) connected to a wireless IC element (50); and a radiation element connected to the power supply circuit (33). The power supply circuit (33) includes a first coil element (L1) connected in series with respect to the wireless IC element (50), and a second coil element (L2) connected in parallel with respect to the wireless IC element (50). The first coil element (L1) and the second coil element (L2) are wound and arranged so that the winding axis of each of the coil elements (L1, L2) are substantially coaxial, and the magnetic fields generated by the coil elements (L1, L2) are oriented in the opposite direction to each other.</p> |
