The present invention provides a heating seat plate for a bidet. The heating seat plate comprises an upper main body provided with a soft surface layer which is provided with a vertically through hollow part and a contact layer corresponding to an installation groove formed along an upper surface, and a heating body adhesive to the bottom of the surface layer and heating the surface layer by using an external electric source; a lower main body which forms a space part with the surface layer in a shape of the lower main body corresponding with that of a lower end of the surface layer, wherein a cutting part of blades is disposed pointing upwards and at a position where the lower end edge part contacts with the upper end edge part; and thermal insulation materials filled in the space part for preventing thermal losses for the heating body. |
