A chip mounter is provided to rapidly perform a change operation of nozzles by changing the nozzles into a block unit. A chip supply device is mounted in a bed. A substrate transfer device transfers a substrate. A head has at least one nozzle. The nozzle picks up the chip supplied from the chip supply device, and mounts the chip to the substrate transferred by the substrate transfer device. An automatic nozzle changer(200) includes a base frame(210), a plurality of nozzle storage blocks(230), and a nozzle change unit(250). The base frame is fixed to the bed. A plurality of nozzle storage blocks is detachably mounted on a top part of the base frame. Reserve nozzles are stored in a plurality of nozzle storage holes(232) of a plurality of nozzle storage blocks. |
