PURPOSE: A boiler to combust pulverized petroleum cokes with an integrated combusting chamber on which a slagging prevention member is equipped is provided to efficiently reduce the amount of ashes vaporized inside combusting gas at high temperatures by forming a tube wall inside the combusting chamber and directly controlling the temperature of the combusting gas. CONSTITUTION: A boiler to combust pulverized petroleum cokes with an integrated combusting chamber (30) on which a slagging prevention member is equipped comprises a second air injecting nozzle (61), an upgrade wall tube panel (31), the other upgrade wall tube panel (31a), and a sub-nozzle (60). The second air injecting nozzle injects air in an inner space of the combusting chamber by a second air injecting unit along an inner wall of the combusting chamber in a front end part of combusting flames of the pulverized petroleum cokes and the air is discharged to all directions. The upgrade wall tube panel changes the direction of the front end of the combusting flames to be temporarily stayed, to be erected in a predetermined gap from a lower part to an upper part of a bottom surface of the combusting chamber in a partition shape comprising a tube-shaped water pipe, and to block a part of a lower part of the inner space. The other upgrade wall tube panel is erected in the predetermined gap from the upper part to the lower part in the partition shape and changes the direction of combusting gas to be downward by blocking an upper part of the combusting chamber. The sub-nozzle is extended to a lower part of the upgrade wall tube panel which is erected by being extended from the second air injecting nozzle, is protruded to a front side of the upgrade wall tube panel, contacts with combusting flames circulated by discharging air and being blocked in the upgrade wall tube panel, and induces the combustion. |
