PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device allowing a user to easily discriminate respective annotations even when many annotations are located at a region of interest.SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: an obtaining unit that obtains a piece of image data of an object and data of plural annotations added to the image; and a display controller that causes a display device to display the image along with the annotations. The data of the plural annotations include: positional information representing a position of the image added with the annotations; and a piece of information of a user who has added the annotation to the image. The display controller classifies a part or all of the plural annotations into groups, and when the plural annotations are added by different users, the annotations are displayed in a different manner for each of the users and the plural annotations are displayed being overlapped with each other on the image.
