PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for electric connection that neither decreases nor increases contact pressure of a contact part without reference to contact pressure of a movement restriction part to an object to be connected, and a connector using the same.SOLUTION: A terminal for electric connection includes a movement restriction part 24 which restricts a movement of an opposite-side terminal 3 in an extraction direction, so a contact part 21 never slides with respect to the opposite-side terminal 3 even if the opposite-side terminal 3 shifts in position in the extraction direction after connection with the opposite-side terminal 3, so that the contact part 21 can be displaced integrally with the opposite-side terminal 3. In this case, the movement restriction part 24 is pressed against the opposite-side terminal 3 from a direction in which reaction force is not generated in a contacting direction of the contact part 21 between directions orthogonal to the insertion and extraction directions of the opposite-side terminal 3, contact pressure of the movement restriction part 24 is not applied in the contacting direction of the contact part 21 and neither increases nor decreases the contact pressure of the contact part 21. |
