PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Newton ring prevention sheet which has a high Newton ring prevention property, hardly causes a glare, has excellent visibility and is excellent in finger slidability and finger erasability in finger inputting with a touch panel.SOLUTION: There is provided a Newton ring prevention sheet which has a hard coat layer containing a cured product of an active energy ray curable compound (a1), first fine particles (b1) having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 6.0 μm and nanoparticles (c1) having an average particle diameter of 1 to 60 nm on one surface of a transparent plastic film and a Newton ring prevention layer containing a cured product of an active energy ray curable compound (a2) and second nanoparticles (b2) on the other surface of the transparent plastic film, wherein the mass ratio of the first fine particles (b1) to the nanoparticles (c1) is 4/96 to 22/78 and the Newton ring prevention sheet satisfies the following requirements: (I) the transmission sharpness of the Newton ring prevention sheet is 200 or more and (II) the Ry of Newton ring prevention layer is 0.2 to 2.0 μm. |
