PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a motor capable of suppressing cogging torque.SOLUTION: A rotor comprises a first rotor part 23 having a magnetic pole part 33 as S-pole and a second rotor part 24 arranged in an overlapped state in the axial direction through a gap K in the axial direction being the magnetic resistance with respect to the first rotor part 23 and having a magnetic pole part 43 as different polarity (N-pole) from the first rotor part 23. The magnetic pole part 33 of the first rotor part 23 and an iron core part 47 of the second rotor part 24 with the same polarity as the magnetic pole part 33 are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other in the axial direction while the magnetic pole part 43 of the second rotor part 24 and an iron core part 37 of the first rotor part 23 with the same polarity as the magnetic pole part 43 are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other in the axial direction. The iron core part comprises the iron core part 37 inclined to one side in the circumferential direction and the iron core part 47 inclined to the other side in the circumferential direction. |
