PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type label printing and sticking machine and an ink roller exchanging method which prevents the hand of an operator and the sticking machine itself from being stained accompanied by an exchanging operation of the ink roller, and in which the handling of the ink roller can be easy and convenient.SOLUTION: A portable type label printing and sticking machine is configured by paying attention to an effect that an ink roller bracket 33 is detachably held at the tip point of an ink roller fitting part 8 (fitting base 32), and characterized by including: an ink roller fitting part 8 (fitting base 32) which can be rocked in accordance with a printing operation of a printing instrument 6; an ink roller 7 fitted at a tip point of the ink roller fitting part 8 (fitting base 32); and an ink roller attachable/detachable mechanism 39 in which the ink roller 7 can be made attachable to and detachable from the ink roller fitting part 8 (fitting base 32). |
