PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable crime prevention device to be used outdoor having a powerful crime pre-suppression effect, and means for recording a circumstantial evidence such as a trouble or accident.SOLUTION: A device including a photographing optical system comprises: a lens system having each one of ultra wide-angle camera lenses 1 provided at least in a forward direction and in a backward direction to capture subjects in a substantially entire surrounding area at once; photographing means for recording subject information projected by the lens system in a thin and lightweight recording medium 4 as moving image data via an image sensor 2 or an image processor 3; a warning light 5 blinking with high luminance for the purpose of clearly indicating the presence of the device and crime prevention on alert to the surrounding area while the photographing means is in operation; and a built-in power source 6 intending to allow portable movement of the device. Each above-mentioned required member is disposed and equipped in a case 7 attachable to a desired position of a human body. Further, the device comprises: a lens system providing an ultra wide-angle 360-degree panorama lens; and an emergency large push-type switch, or an emergency pin pull-out switch. |
