<p>A method comprises measuring tissue carbon dioxide levels of a living organism, measuring end-tidal carbon dioxide levels of the living organism; and calculating at least one tissue-to-end-tidal carbon dioxide gradient value based on the measured tissue carbon dioxide levels and the measured end-tidal carbon dioxide levels, the tissue-to-end-tidal carbon dioxide gradient value being indicative of a measure of perfusion of the living organism.</p> |
