Electronic components determine a relative position of the plate, and the plate indirectly affects the components over a plunger (3). The housing comprises a zone (5) that is deformable in case of an accident. The zone is made of non-or slightly-reinforced plastic and arranged between a rotational axis of the plate and an immersing location of the plunger into the housing. Curved or zigzag shaped metal sheets are arranged in the zone.
