PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine evaluation method and medicine evaluation device capable of evaluating a medicine suspended in liquid.SOLUTION: A medicine evaluation device 1 calculates an evaluating absorption spectrum to a frequency about liquid to be an evaluation object by a reflection attenuation method using a terahertz wave. When crystalline particles are suspended in the liquid, an absorption peak of a peak area corresponding to a suspension amount appears in the absorption spectrum. Then, the existence/absence and ratio of the crystalline particles suspended in the liquid can be discriminated on the basis of the existence/absence of the absorption peak and the peak area. Further, when noncrystalline particles are suspended in the liquid, a base line of the absorption spectrum reduces in accordance with the ratio of the noncrystalline particles suspended in the liquid. Then, the existence/absence and ratio of the noncrystalline particles suspended in the liquid can be discriminated on the basis of a reduction amount of the base line. |
