PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for observation of a cultured cell with multi-point lighting that can capture a clear image of a cell even if the structure of the cell has a thickness and color, and also can obtain a clear image of an edge of the cell.SOLUTION: A system includes: a plurality of LEDs 1 to 4 disposed on the circumference of a circle at substantially equal intervals, and lighting in sequence; an imaging part 6 disposed on the center axis of the circle and in a position facing the plurality of LEDs across a container 5 in which cultured cells are stored, and for capturing images of the cultured cells with light from different angles of the plurality of LEDs lit in sequence; and an image processing part 10 for obtaining an added and synthesized image by adding and synthesizing the tone values of the plurality of cell images from different angles captured in sequence by the imaging part to each pixel, and subtracting a predetermined threshold value from the added and synthesized tone value of each pixel. |
