PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a nucleic acid, a nucleic array, and a kit useful for detecting or diagnosing a cell proliferative disorder.SOLUTION: In a biological sample isolated from a subject, expression levels of at least one gene or genomic sequence selected from the group consisting of PTGER4, RUNX1, EVX2, EVX-1, SHOX2, a specific sequence, CN027, LRAT, IL-12RB1, TFAP2C, BCL2, EN2, PRDM14, ARID5A, and VAX1 are determined. Low expression and/or CpG methylation is an index of the presence of the disorder. The expression level is determined by detecting the presence, absence, or level of mRNA transcribed from the gene. The expression level is determined by detecting the presence, absence, or level of a polypeptide encoded by the gene or a sequence thereof. |
