Low expression and/or CpG methylation is an index of the presence of the disorder. The expression level is determined by detecting the presence, absence, or level of mRNA transcribed from the gene. The expression level is determined by detecting the presence, absence, or level of a polypeptide encoded by the gene or a sequence thereof.
