This tactile-feel presentation device (400) for presenting a tactile feel to a user who has touched a panel comprises: a panel (101); a position acquiring unit (102) that acquires a first touch position, which is a position on the panel and a position touched by a user, and a second touch position, which is a position on the panel and a position touched by the user after the first touch position has been touched; a speed calculating unit (105) that calculates the speed of movement of the touch from the first touch position to the second touch position; a modulating signal generating unit (407) that generates a modulating signal having a component with a frequency that is made higher the greater the speed of movement is; a carrier signal generating unit (108) that generates a carrier signal for vibrating the panel; a modulation unit (109) that modulates the generated carrier signal with the modulating signal; and an actuator (110) that presents a tactile feel to the user by vibrating the panel in accordance with the modulated carrier signal. |
