<p>The present invention limits the damage that occurs in semiconductor devices as a result of screen-printing. The screen-printing device is provided with: a stage (20) equipped with a main stage body (28) that has pins (26), which have a first level surface (26a), and a second level surface (28a); a moving section (22) that moves the pins (26) relative to the main stage body (28); and a printing section (24) that screen-prints a coating material. The screen-printing device forms a substrate support surface in which the first level surfaces (26a) and the second level surface (28a) configure the same plane using the moving section (22), and coats the coating material on a substrate that has been placed on the substrate support surface.</p> |
