PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet is provided to minimize the generation of scale and to improve the adhesive property of the scale, thereby minimizing the delamination of the scale. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet includes: a step of implementing a finishing rolling process on a rough-rolled bar without using F1-F2 inter-stand spray; and a step of winding a strip through the process. In the step of implementing the process, initiation temperature in the process is 930 to 965°C, termination temperature in the process is above 880°C, and temperature variation in the process is below 80°C. The thickness of the manufactured steel sheet is above 10mm. |
