PURPOSE: A user voice automatic control broadcasting device of a remote broadcasting system and a method thereof are provided to automatically control the tone, volume and speed of a voice in order to make an optimized broadcast according to each user having different vocal characteristics. CONSTITUTION: If a vocal characteristic of a user is changed, a broadcast output sound storing unit stores a broadcast output sound of which the vocal characteristic is changed (S710). If the user wants to check the broadcast output sound, a control unit extracts a voice stored in the broadcast output sound storing unit. The control unit plays a voice of which a vocal characteristic is controlled through a user communications device or a telephone (S750). If the user does not want to broadcast the voice, the user changes a setting value stored in a user setting value storing unit. If the user wants to broadcast the voice, a voice processing unit outputs a controlled vocal signal through a voice output unit, an amplifier and a speaker.
