Disclosed is a vesicle-containing composition which comprises a vesicle bilayer membrane composed of a silicone surfactant and a perfume component enclosed in the vesicle bilayer membrane stably. Also disclosed is a method for producing, in a simple manner, a vesicle-containing composition which contains a perfume component stably. Specifically disclosed is a vesicle-containing composition comprising (A) a perfume component, (B) a silicone oil, (C) a silicone surfactant, (D) one or more members selected from ethanol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol and (E) water, wherein the silicone surfactant (C) forms a vesicle, and the perfume component (A) and the silicone oil (B) are present in the bilayer membrane of the vesicle. |
