PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business store system capable of storing transmission presence information of a notification document associated with an operation content for each operator and of displaying the notification document on a display screen of a terminal, which is installed in a financial institution such as a business store, according to whether the document has transmitted.SOLUTION: The business store system includes: a terminal installed in a business store; and a server that stores notification documents associated with operation contents at the terminal, that stores transmission presence information of each stored notification document associated with an operator identifier, and that transmits a notification document to the terminal being operated by an operator. The terminal transmits the operator identifier and current operation content information of the terminal to the server. The server does not transmit a notification document corresponding to the received operation content information to the operator corresponding to the operator identifier in the case where the notification document has transmitted. In the case where the notification document has not transmitted, the server reads out a notification document corresponding to the received operation content information and transmits the notification document to the operator corresponding to the operator identifier. The terminal displays a content of the received notification document on a display screen. |
