PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central water supply system which runs with solar heat and underground heat, which are renewable heat energy, as well as recovery heat (exhaust heat) of hot water supply/drain.SOLUTION: During the day when there is insolation of solar heat, a hot water supply circulation pump (4) of a first hot water supply circuit (2) is automatically operated to raise a temperature of storage water (W) in storage tanks (1a), (1b), (1c) and hot water is supplied to a hot water supply utilization facility. At night, a geothermal heat pump unit (6) of a second hot water supply circuit is operated by switching from the first hot water supply circuit to the second hot water supply circuit (3) by a solar heat/underground heat switching three-way valve (5) to raise a temperature of the storage water in the storage tanks, and the heat of drained hot water from the hot water accumulated in the facility after the use of the hot water during the day is exchanged with the heat of a heat medium of a water collection circuit (33) in the geothermal heat pump unit by an exhaust heat collection heat exchange unit (11) intervening in the second hot water supply circuit. |
